Dena began her Entrepreneurial skills in Marketing after graduating from University. She spearheaded the Home Services Section of The Homes & Land of Hawaii, The Big Island. She developed a love of building, design and interior decorations through the development of multiple family properties on island. As a Contractor’s daughter, Dena’s father taught her many skills from pouring concrete, electrical, framing, and fine woodworking. Having the experience of multiple successful start-up companies including a loan signing agency, owner-builder, Property Management and sales marketing coordinator, Dena brings a unique combination and clarity in all phases of the real estate process. This includes new construction, property management, the loan process as well as the process of buying and/or selling a home.
