Steve is a licensed architect and realtor and has done design/build projects as well as a wide variety of architectural projects for over 30 years. He has held a real estate license for 20 years and provides professional evaluations of properties for clients. Steve can provide one point of service for property searches through project design and construction. His experience spans from modest residential projects to complete luxury estates. Steve lives in Higganum with his wife AnnMarie, an attorney, and has four children. He enjoys photography and traveling, and he and his wife have visited many countries, from Europe to Southeast Asia, to see their architecture and natural wonders.
