Ms. Maldonado is a licensed Realtor with the Bella Group, LLC. She is a Supervisor at the State of Connecticut Department of Transportation in the Bureau of Construction & Engineering. Ms. Maldonado has worked in the public and private sectors for various real estate development firms for over a decade. During her career, she has served in executive level roles in a variety of contexts in affordable housing, luxury, mixed use, and commercial real estate investment and development. She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Leadership from Post University and graduated with High Honors. Her undergraduate requirements were also fulfilled at Post University where she graduated with High Honors with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, and an Associate of Science in Management. She holds numerous housing industry designations including Public Housing Manager (PHM), Certified Manager of Housing (CMH), Certified Manager of Maintenance (CMM), Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS), Tax Credit & Compliance Specialist (C3P), Certified Renovator (RRP), Fair Housing, Project Management, Sustainable Housing (SHC), Uniform Federal Accessibility Standards (UFAS,) and Risk Management certifications. Tiffany is a member of NAHRO, CONN-NAHRO, NERC-NAHRO, CALAS, and the Project Management Institute (PMI). She was chosen as an honoree in 2019 for CT Magazine's Top 40 Under 40.
