What We Are
The Bella Group, LLC is a medium sized real estate brokerage licensed in CT and NY. Bella’s hybrid brokerage model is able to offer its agents the highest commission in the area, and still provide services which reduce out of pocket costs for agents. All this while still providing its agents with the induvial support commonly seen in a small mom & pop or independent agency. Bella is able to operate on such lean margins because it reduces waste and shares its back office expenses with our sister companies.
What we are not
Bella is NOT a discount brokerage. Because Bella is able to offer its agents some of the highest commissions in the industry, some often confuse it with being a discount brokerage. This is the farthest from the truth. A discount brokerage, or often called a flat fee broker, offers its services to clients at a very low price. Bella’s goal is to provide its agents with the highest income and rewards for their services. Therefore, it is against Bella’s policies to allow any of its agents to provide discount services to its clients.
Bella is NOT a virtual brokerage. Bella is also often confused with being a virtual brokerage. The virtual brokerage is one that provides a place for an agent to hold their license in exchange for a fee. Virtual brokers often provide no support services to its agents making them feel alienated and alone. Although Bella offers high commissions to its agents, it also provides the hands on support and focus on the agent’s business that is seen with small independent companies.
