Chancel and Morgan have been working as a Mother-Daughter team since 2019. Chancel offers almost 30 years of Real Estate experience and has adjusted to the new market in a remarkable way. Having experience in insurance and accounting Chancel has been able to establish great connections and has been able to expand and contribute this knowledge into her Real Estate career.

Morgan gained her Real Estate license in 2019 and has been following her Mother’s footsteps. She graduated from Bay Path University in 2016 with a Bachelors in Human Services, amplifying her honesty and personality.

Both with bookkeeping experience, Chancel and Morgan understand the importance of being prompt and accurate. They pride themselves in paying attention to each aspect and detail of a transaction.

Chancel is a Grandmother of 4 under 3 and loves spending time with them, she is a dog lover (especially her two girls Betty and Boo) and enjoys a scenic motorcycle ride during her free time.

Morgan is a Mother of 2 boys and loves spending time outdoors, camping, kayaking, or a nice walk.

Together Chancel and Morgan always seek time to be involved in the community both through volunteering and donation.

Although Chancel and Morgan do not handle every Real Estate transaction together working with either one comes with experience, knowledge, and hustle. Both located in Hartford County where the market offers flip opportunities, land, businesses and an array of housing opportunities they offer knowledge with any type of transaction.
