Charlotte began her Real Estate career in commercial leasing and property management and became a licensed real estate agent in 2016.  Charlotte has an extensive background in design, retail sales, real estate management, compliance, development and sales in the commercial sector.  Charlotte has been a Rotarian, served on the Board of Directors of the Northwest

Connecticut’s Chamber of Commerce, an advocate of the United Way, and helped form the first CT “Main Street Program” in Torrington, Ct., dedicated to revitalizing the Downtown business district.  Charlotte is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts (Amherst) majoring in Marketing, with a minor in Journalism, and post grad studies in Interior Design.

Charlotte also has developed a team of real estate service providers (home inspectors, mortgage lenders, lawyers, contractors, painters etc.) who can all deliver assistance to clients throughout the entire process of buying or selling.
